Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating and menu selection.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and accommodate food allergies.
- Take accurate orders and make recommendations based on preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive working environment.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
