Chick-fil-A Dickson City is seeking a Kicthen Director for our closing shift: 2pm-Close (10:30pm).

Kitchen Director: Key Responsibilities
- This is a closing shift, must be available and have experiencing closing a large kicthen from 2pm-Close (10:30pm).
- Oversee inventory management to ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked, and food safety standards are met
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local, state, and federal laws to deliver exceptional food safety and quality standards
- Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Lead and inspire a motivated team to deliver remarkable meals in a clean and safe environment; while always ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Hands-on manage daily restaurant kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Foster a positive and enthusiastic work environment

- Ability to adapt to various shifts. While this is a closing position, must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and/or be flexible to what our team and our guests need.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and achieving operational goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while also balancing performance metrics and administrative responsibilities.
- Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant leadership role and be able to prove that you’ve led a team of more than 10 and show examples of your successes
- Must demonstrates a passion for serving others and a proven track record of developing people
- Proven experience of improving operations
- Must be willing and available to open and close
- Must be available both Friday and Saturday (closed on Sunday’s)

- An understanding of and passion for speed of service and order accuracy
- Ensure Chick-fil-A’s high standards of food quality, cleanliness and hospitality are consistently met and exceeded
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring the resolution aligns with Chick-fil-A’s customer-centric approach
