We are seeking genuinely kind, upbeat and helpful individuals to be the first smiling face or friendly voice our guests interact with. Our hosts are not only responsible for greeting all of our dine in guests, but also helping to take orders for our carryout guests as well.
Job duties & requirements:
- Interact with all guests in a genuinely friendly and helpful manner
- Help to seat guests and manage our waitlist efficiently and a friendly manner
- Take to go orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean & sanitary work station
- Clean & sanitize tables, booths, chairs and floors between each seating
- Answer all incoming phone calls/to go orders in a polite and helpful manner
- Assist servers & bartenders with food/beverage delivery
- Deliver curbside to go items
- Assist in overall restaurant cleanliness
