Main Responsibilities of a Cleaner/Janitor:
- Keep buildings in a clean and well-maintained condition
- Perform all heavy-duty cleaning tasks
- Engage in regular maintenance activities
- Sunday-Thursday Shift
- Work night shift hours between 6:00 PM-2:30AM
- Full-time commitment
Key Duties Include:
- Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
- Gathering and emptying indoor trash
- Cleaning, servicing, and resupplying restrooms
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Participating in building security and safety activities
- Informing managers about required repairs and maintenance
- Maintaining tools and equipment for cleaning duties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Cleaner/Janitor
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
