Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs.
- Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for each shift.
- Act as a friendly and encouraging team player.
- Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and manage cash drawers.
- Communicate effectively with both guests and team members.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a shift lead or similar role is preferred but not required.
