Team Member Responsibilities include but are not limited to…
Back of House:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently all while meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep.
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed throughout the shift.
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times of day.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
Front of House:
- Place orders, handle payment, prepare beverages, bag orders and ensure that each guest receives a uniquely Chick-fil-A dining experience–always maintaining a positive attitude and a smile.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, restock supplies, and follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
General:
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes and all new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
- Maintain a positive and guest-focused attitude while preparing orders.
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A Forest Drive rules and regulations and Chick-fil-A Forest Drive dress code at all times.
Team Member Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire, and have a reliable source of transportation.
- Must be able to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts.
- Must be able to read, write, do basic math, and must have verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
