Experienced Kitchen Dishwasher Team Member (Evening Shift) - $19.00+ per hour

Schedule : Will be scheduled anytime between 5PM - 12AM (Monday through Saturday)
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking kitchen Maintenance Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by ensuring all kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, kitchen surfaces, and workstations.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the shift.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated areas.
- Clean kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, ovens, and prep stations as assigned.
- Restock cleaning supplies and assist with organization of storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support the team with closing and end of day cleaning tasks.
- Report maintenance, safety, or equipment concerns to management promptly.
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and store deliveries
- Maintain a positive attitude and assist with additional cleaning duties as needed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as necessary.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions when maintaining (heat/rain).
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform additional duties and maintenance tasks as assigned by leaders/management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience preferred
- Ability to work the scheduled shift between 5PM - 12AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior restaurant, janitorial, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
