Position Summary:

Team Member Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Greet guests warmly and with genuine hospitality.

- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Proactively check on guests and offer refills or assistance when needed.
- Cash handling
- Knowledgeable about the menu, limited-time items, and allergen info.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, prep stations, fryers, and storage areas.
- Support opening and/or closing kitchen responsibilities, including deep cleaning.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable

- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as necessary.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions when maintaining (heat/rain).
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
