Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
- Experience training & developing employees, or prior experience working at a Tropical Smoothie cafe.
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house. Coaching teams accomplish all tasks to brand standards.
- Ability to take direction from a manager and learn the skills necessary to become a manager. Become the best crew member and then coach other crew members to do everything up to brand standards.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains & exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
- Takes training from Manager to learn ingredient ordering and scheduling skills.
- Presents a consistent, professional image of the café & crew by maintaining all sanitation & appearance standards
- Assists all team in preparing food and smoothies to brand standards and assisting with proper stocking.
- Communicates & stays updated on all marketing & promotional materials.
- Helps manager to executes marketing & sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
- Works with Manager to build café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community & initiating local store marketing campaigns.
