Responsibilities & Authority:
- Assign duties to team members and ensure work meets cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments
- Maintain high-quality housekeeping standards in guest rooms, linens, uniforms, and public areas
- Address guest complaints and implement service recovery measures
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory role
- 2 years of line-level experience in Housekeeping
