Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue across multiple properties.
- Manage rate and inventory controls using IHG and Hilton brand systems ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide detailed forecasts and market analysis to leadership and property teams.
- Optimize electronic distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms to maximize profitability and reduce costs.
- Partner with sales and marketing to align rate strategy and demand insights, supporting campaigns and group pricing.
- Standardize and mentor on revenue management best practices across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- IHG and Hilton revenue management certifications with proficiency in respective systems (Concerto, GRO, OnQ R&I).
- 3+ years of multi-property or corporate-level hotel revenue management experience.
- Strong knowledge of OTA contracting, GDS, metasearch, and direct channel optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for briefing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.
