Chick‑fil‑A City Ave is looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Breader & Raw Prep Team Member to join our Back‑of‑House team. This role is essential to delivering the fresh, high‑quality chicken our guests love. If you take pride in cleanliness, consistency, and working with excellence, we’d love to meet you.
Schedule and Availability
Candidate should be available to work Monday through Saturday with flexible Morning and evening scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely handle, prepare, and bread raw chicken according to Chick‑fil‑A standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized breading table and prep area
- Follow all food safety and temperature‑monitoring procedures
- Prepare raw chicken setups, marinades, and brines
- Communicate with kitchen team and leadership to maintain workflow and product Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed
- Track and manage product rotation to reduce waste
- Support overall kitchen flow by staying ahead of demand
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and operational guidelines precisely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8–10 hours per shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally (e.g., catering trays, product boxes).
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching overhead.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions (such as kitchen, walk-in cooler/freezer, or outside).
