Chick-fil-A City Ave. is looking for an experienced Catering Director to help maintain and grow our outside sales division. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the catering schedule with the catering team
- Boost catering sales through local business outreach
- Meet and exceed catering sales goals on a monthly basis
- Prepare and fulfill catering orders to meet Chick-fil-A guidelines
- Keep catering equipment clean and in good working condition
- Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
- Serve in Operations when not occupied fulfilling catering orders
- Carry out our brand's "Core 4" when interacting with guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience and knowledge in the catering industry
- Must have a driver's license and insured vehicle
- Proven leadership skills in regard to enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
- A desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle guest concerns, complaints, and issues by executing flawless follow-up and issue resolution
- Responsible, accountable, and organized
- Ability to retain clientele and expand business through sales and catering through personal relationship building
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs
