Join our dynamic Catering Team at Chick-fil-A City Ave and play a vital role in expanding our reach and serving our guests with excellence. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to help us deliver memorable catering experiences.
- Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture and standard of excellence
- Loading, transporting, and delivering food orders to our guests on time.
- Follow all food safety standards and CFA procedures when preparing food items for all orders.
- Collect and package all utensils, condiments, plates, etc. required for orders.
- Prepare and package food products for Catering orders such as gallon beverages, coffee, CFA nuggets, CFA sandwiches, salads, etc.
- Verify accuracy in orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling feedback from guests.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
- Provide support across restaurant operations as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with valid driver's license
- Must have Personal vehicle with active insurance
- Must have a CLEAN driving record
- Own and be able to navigate your smartphone for apps required for the position.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.
- Strong time management, organizational and outstanding customer service skills.
- Lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
- Must be available to work Saturdays
