Front of House Team Members are responsible for creating “Raving Fans” with every guest experience. Front of House Team Members accomplish this together by developing trust with guests by providing quality food in a friendly, safe, and clean environment. Front of House Team Member ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations. The Front of House Team Member also treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect – all day, every day.
Key Responsibilities for Front of House Team Member
- Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standards of excellence
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders
- Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
- Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment
- Stock products and supplies
- Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Deliver 2nd Mile Service - Ensure guests feel cared for by meeting 2nd Mile Service requirements and going above and beyond expectations.
- Always practice good personal hygiene.
- Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
