Front of House Manager

The Front of House Manager is the face of the restaurant during their shift and is responsible for ensuring each guest walks away having had a remarkable experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Management Team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.

·      Ensuring that products and guests’ experiences are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence

  • Provide ongoing Coaching that fosters the CFA culture and operational excellence
  • Ensure team members clock-in and clock-out according to their scheduled shift
  • Ensure all areas of the business are flowing smoothly, Guests are being served, cleaning and disinfecting protocols are followed, team members meet ALL uniform requirements, etc.

·      Create the game plan for your shift, and ensure your shift is set up for success.

  • Ensure staff provides the highest quality customer services
  • Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support.
  • Provide a "Remarkable" guest experience consistently.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
