The Front of House Manager is the face of the restaurant during their shift and is responsible for ensuring each guest walks away having had a remarkable experience.

*Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with the Management Team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.

· Ensuring that products and guests’ experiences are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence

Provide ongoing Coaching that fosters the CFA culture and operational excellence
Ensure team members clock-in and clock-out according to their scheduled shift
Ensure all areas of the business are flowing smoothly, Guests are being served, cleaning and disinfecting protocols are followed, team members meet ALL uniform requirements, etc.

· Create the game plan for your shift, and ensure your shift is set up for success.

Ensure staff provides the highest quality customer services
Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support.
Provide a "Remarkable" guest experience consistently.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.
