As a Food Expeditor / Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of dishes to our guests, maintaining fast service, and upholding our quality and sanitation standards.
Overview:
- Checking dishes for accuracy and presentation
- Assisting in final dish preparation
- Maintaining fast service
- Handling customer complaints
- Upholding quality and sanitation standards
- Overseeing the movement of orders from a guest placing the order to the cleaning of the table
- Communicating orders and information between the front of house and back of the house
