Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Support senior leadership in maintaining operational excellence and service quality
- Coach and develop team members to create a positive and productive work environment
- Open and close shifts, including key holder responsibilities and cash handling
- Ensure immediate, respectful response to guest needs and uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values
Qualifications and Skills
- Positive attitude with a smile and enthusiastic communication
- Strong people skills with a passion for serving team members and guests
- Reliable transportation and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage team member performance and foster a cooperative team environment
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Certification is a plus
