Our Stihl Technician will be responsible or the overall success of the Stihl outdoor power equipment department. Serve as the key point-of-contact in the store for Stihl customers as well as the go to person for all questions regarding power equipment.
Ongoing Stihl training will be provided for a suitable small engine mechanic to ensure the highest quality of service in our Stihl Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair small engines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their engine-related inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide assistance to customers in other areas of the store when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in small engine repair is required..
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
