Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. As the Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Operations

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to maintain quality standards.
• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff.
• Order inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Reconcile cash registers and maintain records as per company policies.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety regulations and food handling standards.

Management

• Recruit, interview, and hire quality staff.
• Train employees and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions.
• Adjust work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.

Leadership

• Display professionalism and effective communication.
• Conduct meetings and accomplish objectives set by the General Manager.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and resolve employee concerns.

Work Condition Requirements

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours.
• Requires standing, walking, and frequent interaction with guests and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, math, and computer skills.
• Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and positive attitude.
• At least 3 years of restaurant manager experience.
