DDR Slim Chickens General Manager

Join DDR Slim Chickens, a franchisee of the leading national brand in the "better chicken" fast-casual segment, as a Highly Skilled General Manager. We are looking for a motivated individual to oversee our restaurant in Crofton, MD or our eight plus restaurants in the pipeline within the DMV area. There will be no better restaurant management opportunity than at DDR Slim Chickens. We are opening 8 new restaurants across DMV over the next two years. That means we will need 8 new Restaurant General Managers and 16 new Assistant General Managers. Because we are opening so many restaurants, you have the opportunity to become a Restaurant General Manager within 6-12 months.

WHAT OUR GENERAL MANAGERS DO:

• Control day-to-day operations by scheduling, ordering, and developing restaurant team members
• Directly responsible for profit & loss, inventory management, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Recruit, interview, and train staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead a culture of safety and promote a positive working environment
• Drive company goals for an outstanding guest experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A GENERAL MANAGER:

• 3+ years of management experience in high-volume restaurants
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Ability to lead, motivate, and drive excellence
• Hospitality degree preferred
