As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to make decisions that contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, including willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Count cash registers accurately
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order
• Uses required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and takes corrective action when needed
• Expedite food for guests
• Follow directions of management
• Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications
• Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling

Work Condition Requirements:

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours
• Periods of standing and walking, as necessary
• Frequent contact with guests, requiring tact and courtesy
• Frequent contact with subordinates, requiring direction and supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficient math and computer skills
• Demonstrates maturity and professional demeanor.
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Positive attitude and self-disciplined
• At least 2 years of supervisor or manager experience
