BOH Team Member
Cherry Creek Chick-fil-A is a thriving and busy restaurant privately owned and operated striving to provide a remarkable experience for our guests. The goal is winning hearts on both sides of the counter, for our back-of-house team members are the hearts that keep the restaurant running. You will provide this experience by focusing on delivering quality food to our guests with fast and accurate service and genuine hospitality. We provide all the training you need to get started. In the back-of-house, you will be preparing and making the food in a fast, friendly, and safe environment. This may include but not limited to; preparing salads, fruits, breading the chicken, fileting, creating, and delivering out the orders. Between tasks, you will support store operations by performing other activities such as re-stocking products and cleaning.
Applicants must be capable of physically demanding tasks, including, but not limited to: lifting 30-50lbs., lifting above the head, repetitive motion, and standing for extended periods of time. Team Members may also be expected to be outdoors for several hours per shift, year-round (with proper safety gear). Team Members will need to contribute to overall food safety excellence at the restaurant, including wearing latex or non-latex gloves and using sanitary wipes to clean equipment or surfaces as needed.
