Sandwich Line Team Member – Main Responsibilities
- Set up and stock the sandwich line with all required ingredients, utensils, and packaging before service
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, sides, and plates to company standards with accuracy and speed
- Portion chicken salad and other ingredients consistently to ensure quality and cost control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak times
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed without disrupting workflow
- Assist with prep tasks (chopping, portioning, labeling) as directed by management

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwich orders quickly and accurately according to established recipes and builds
- Ensure all food items meet presentation and portion standards
- Keep the sandwich line clean, sanitized, and inspection-ready at all times
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate shortages to management
- Rotate and label products following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
- Maintain proper food holding temperatures and handle food safely
- Support team members to keep service running efficiently
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred (sandwich line or assembly experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow instructions and standardized recipes exactly
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly during shifts
- Effective communication in English.
