Responsibilities

Oversee all back of house operations
Lead by example and ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A Plymouth (MN) policies and procedures
Emphasize training and coaching for all kitchen personnel
Ensure food preparation and safety standards are met
Deliver remarkable service and go the extra mile for our customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

Must be able to lift 50lbs
Complete repetitive tasks
Be able to perform all functions of the job physically
Be at least 17 years of age
Comfortable using a computer
