Chick-fil-A: Front of House Manager


As a Front of House Manager, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! As a Manager, you will lead the Front of House Team Members and work with the Back of House Team Members to coordinate excellent food service for our guests. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and leading others. We will teach you everything else you need to know!


Successful Managers will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character, demonstrating 2nd-mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant and treating everyone with honor, dignity, and respect. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, supervisors gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.
