Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading, repairing, and operating production line(s)
- Accountable for meeting daily production goals
- Co-leading production line, personnel schedules, production schedules, required paperwork, etc.
- Assist with any maintenance work on company property as needed
- Assist with repairing and installing production equipment
- Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment
- Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with non-functioning equipment
- Helps maintain cleanliness in the production, warehouse, and other storage areas
- Any other management assigned activity

Qualifications
- Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds
- Frequent standing and walking with ability to conduct indoor and outdoor activities
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with operating maintenance equipment
