What You’ll Do
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest
- Assist guests throughout their dining experience with genuine hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, patio and common areas
- Refresh tables and ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and inviting at all times
- Deliver refreshment of beverages, assist with guest needs, and anticipate opportunities to serve
- Support families, children, and guests requiring additional assistance
- Encourage a positive and uplifting atmosphere within the restaurant
- Work alongside the Front of House team to ensure operational excellence
- Represent Chick-fil-A standards through professionalism, care, and attention to detail
