Chick-fil-A Southlands and Chick-fil-A Gartrell Rd & E-470 are seeking motivated leaders who are passionate about serving others, developing people, and creating exceptional guest experiences. This leadership role requires individuals who are comfortable leading both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, while remaining highly guest-focused. The ideal candidate leads with servant leadership, humility, and a heart for caring for others, while maintaining strong operational standards.
As a Manager, you will help lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and ensure Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food quality, hospitality, and operational excellence are consistently delivered.
Responsibilities
• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain strong operational standards in both front-of-house and kitchen operations
• Provide visible leadership in guest-facing roles, including hospitality and order-taking when needed
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members to grow their leadership and service skills
• Execute monthly and quarterly operational objectives that contribute to annual business results
• Support restaurant performance goals through strong shift leadership and team accountability
• Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A food safety and operational procedures
• Assist with staffing, inventory management, and product quality standards
• Foster a positive team culture built on service, humility, and care for others
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
• Previous leadership experience (Shift Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
• Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and lead under pressure
Work Requirements
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry 15–50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors as an Order Taker when needed
Compensation
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
