Shift Leader Job Description
The Shift Leader’s primary role is to effectively lead the team through daily operations. This includes responsibility for creating shift schedules, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting issues. To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to lead a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. It is also expected that you will hold yourself and the team to the company Vision, Values, and Team Norms. This position works closely with the Manager Team to ensure that our team members are equipped and led to be successful, and that our operational goals are met.

- Excellent written, verbal, and group communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and create business memos and documents
- Strong problem and decision-making skills

- Basic computer skills
- Food safety certified (can be obtained after employment)
