This role is the backbone to our business - where it all starts - perfecting chicken! You will be responsible for filleting raw chicken according to our quality standards of excellence along with maintaining a food safe clean environment.Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Available to work early mornings, usually starting between 6am - 8am
- Reliable transportation
- Have the ability to handle raw chicken with food safe bodily coverings (apron, gloves, hairnet, beard net [if applicable])
- Lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Respond to changes quickly and efficiently
- Work well under pressure
- Process and detail oriented
- A focus on cleanliness
- Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with changes in temperatures from fryers and freezers
- Stand on feet during long shifts
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
