Front of House Team Member

Rate of pay$20 per hour

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile and speak enthusiastically
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Make emotional connections with guests
  • Continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly and accurate service
  • Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Fulfill orders such as bagging, serving food, and filling drinks
  • Maintain a clean work environment including front counter, dinning room, and bathrooms
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Other duties as assigned
