Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and speak enthusiastically
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly and accurate service
- Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Fulfill orders such as bagging, serving food, and filling drinks
- Maintain a clean work environment including front counter, dinning room, and bathrooms
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Other duties as assigned
