Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in daily high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations
- Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
- Train new hires, set the tone for shifts, and act as a positive role model
- Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and handle key holder responsibilities
- Count drawers and finalize daily operations accurately
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication
- Ensure team adherence to dress code, break/lunch policies, and operational standards
- Lead daily cleanliness checks, safety protocols, and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen production during key meal transitions with hospitality and efficiency
- Audit product quality, recipe accuracy, and inventory management
- Support and engage in team member training and development
Qualifications and Requirements
- Friendly smile and enthusiastic communication style
- Ability to create emotional connections with guests and team members
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a passion for serving and developing others

- Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required

Work Schedule and Environment
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
- Availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- On-site work at a welcoming Chick-fil-A restaurant
