Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize company events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring online reviews and feedback.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as menus, flyers, posters, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and potential opportunities for the restaurant.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance, to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, customer databases, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and media partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing manager, including organizing meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing budgets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and digital platforms to recommend innovative strategies for restaurant promotion.
Qualifications:
- Social media management experience.
- Prior experience in marketing is required, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
- Passion for the restaurant industry, food, and hospitality trends.
