Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
- Organize team member positions and breaks efficiently
- Provide genuine hospitality and top-notch customer service
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
- Manage time well and set clear expectations for accountability
- Train and coach team members to exceed performance goals
- Uphold Chick-fil-A policies and procedures consistently
- Collaborate with Directors to meet business objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior food service leadership experience is a must
- ServSafe Food Manager certificate required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Positive, cheerful attitude with a passion for serving others
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Reliable and consistent with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability including days or nights with weekends and holidays (5a-12a midnight)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
