Home Health Registered Nurse - PRN

Job Summary:
- Plan, organize, and direct home care services
- Use your nursing expertise to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families
- Collaborate with patients, representatives, and caregivers to develop personalized care plans
- Deliver preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
- Provide patient, caregiver, and family counseling and education
- Prepare clinical notes and communicate with physicians and healthcare practitioners
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from an approved school of nursing and licensed in the state of practice
- Two years of experience preferred, in public health or home care nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Self-directed with excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload independently
- Prolonged walking or standing, lifting, and physical dexterity required
