Job Description:

As a Lot Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of our dealership's lot. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are displayed in an appealing and professional manner, maintaining a clean and organized lot, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize visual appeal and ease of access for customers and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure all vehicles are properly positioned, cleaned, and maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including tracking arrivals, departures, and locations of vehicles.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the lot.
• Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery, including coordinating with detailers for cleaning and arranging necessary documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle inventory, such as updating vehicle information in the system and preparing reports as required.
• Occasionally assist in transporting vehicles to off-site locations, such as service centers or other dealerships, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Previous experience as a lot attendant or in a similar role is desired.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate recording and tracking of vehicles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when necessary.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Passion for automobiles and familiarity with upscale European car brands is a plus.
