Server Job Responsibilities:
- Serves guests with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
- Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety policies.
- Transmits orders to the kitchen by recording guest choices and identifying any special dietary needs and special requests.
- Offers a team presence by being a team player and utilizing the team dynamic.
- Maintains table by pre-bussing empty plates/glassware, refilling drinks, and being alert to guests' needs.
- Responsible for cash handling when presenting the check to the guest.
- Responsible for resetting and sanitizing station as well as all other cleaning/duties for the shift as needed or directed.
