What We’re Looking for in an Assistant General Manager:

- Prepares accurate weekly operations reports based on daily summaries.
- Oversees the completion and follow-up of weekly schedules and daily deployment plans based on budget forecasts to meet labor goals.
- Maintains controllable costs in line with system averages.
- Ensures food temperature documentation and product rotation per the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist and Product Rotation Report.
- Guarantees product quality and portion control that meet system standards.
- Develops leadership skills within the management team.
- Coaches and mentors team members; documents performance as needed.
- Conducts annual performance reviews for management and oversees bi-annual appraisals for team members.
- Enforces company policies consistently across the team.
- Maintains excellence in guest relations, including prompt responses to guest feedback.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 consecutive years as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
- Minimum of 8+ consecutive years in QSR, Fast Casual, or Casual Dining management.
- Most recent position held for 2+ consecutive years in a high-volume QSR, Fast Casual, or Casual Dining brand ($3.5MM+).
- Experience managing a team of 40+ members.
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to read and explain P&Ls
