Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time 

Availability: Must be available to work weekdays and weekends 

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park

Position Purpose: 

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This role plays a key part in upholding Hilton brand standards and delivering a consistently high level of service and cleanliness. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. 
  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, tubs, mirrors, and floors. 
  • Replace linens and towels and ensure all items are stocked and in good condition. 
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor. 
  • Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas. 
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly. 
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously. 
  • Ensure all rooms meet Hilton brand cleanliness and presentation standards. 
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as assigned. 
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor at all times. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel setting is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. 
  • Good communication and time management skills. 
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull housekeeping carts, and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. 
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. 

 

Work Environment: 

  • Work is performed in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel. 
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals, equipment, and varying temperatures. 
  • Fast-paced, physically active role requiring frequent movement and interaction with guests and team members. 
  • Team-oriented and guest-focused atmosphere.
