What does career growth look like at Dairy Queen? Most team members start as a Crew Member. As you grow in that position and show leadership qualities, you move up to a Crew Leader. As your skill and leadership qualities development and advance, you move to a Shift Leader. Further advancement includes Assistant Manager and Manager.
