At Chick-fil-A Hamilton & Wesley, we believe a job should do far more than provide a paycheck. It should develop you into the kind of leader who can influence people, build teams, solve problems, and succeed in any career.
Located in Sioux City, Iowa, our restaurant exists to develop exceptional leaders. Whether your dream is to become a Chick-fil-A Owner Operator, lead a Fortune 500 company, start your own business, serve in ministry, or simply become the best version of yourself, we are committed to helping you get there. Unlike many workplaces where leadership opportunities take years to earn, our leaders are entrusted with real responsibility. You'll lead people, make operational decisions, solve complex challenges, coach others, analyze business performance, and help operate one of the busiest restaurants in Siouxland.
Our goal is simple: when you leave Chick-fil-A Hamilton & Wesley, we want you to be more valuable than when you arrived.
That means developing your leadership, communication, financial understanding, emotional intelligence, work ethic, and character so that future employers, colleges, and organizations actively seek you out.
This isn't just another restaurant management position. It's a leadership development opportunity.
Our Corporate Purpose is to glorify God by being faithful stewards of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Chick-fil-A.
