As a Toy Department Clerk, you will assist customers in finding the perfect toys, offer add-on sales, and ensure a clean and organized department. General Summary
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers to their desired products
- Assist in stocking, pricing, and maintaining a well-organized department
- Ensure a positive and safe work environment for all associates
- Offer feedback on inventory levels to enhance department profitability
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively assist customers and solve their problems
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and provide guidance on products
- Keep track of merchandise and ensure the department is well recovered
- Assist with online orders and provide support in store operations
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment
Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent required
- Previous retail experience desired
- Product knowledge of trading cards and trading card games a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb
Pay Rate: $17.13 hourly.
Location: 2424 N. Division, Spokane, WA
