Customer Service
- Proactively assist customers and ensure they receive top-notch service
- Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain excellent product knowledge
Store Operations
- Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all associates
- Manage inventory levels, ensure compliance with policies, and monitor store profitability
- Oversee merchandise stocking, maintenance, and cleanliness
Store Support Operations
- Implement Store Support programs and ensure successful audits
- Assist with special projects as directed by the General Manager
Hiring and Training of Associates
- Recruit, train, and develop associates for career advancement
- Support the hiring, scheduling, and coaching of all store associates
Pay: $19.50 / hour
