Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional service
- Manage inventory, orders, scheduling, SOP's, and vendor relationships
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Train and mentor bar staff to deliver top-notch service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations/numbers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
