The Busser plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room. Bussers support servers and the hospitality team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting guests, and ensuring the restaurant is always guest-ready.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, patio, restrooms, and service stations.
- Assist servers with beverage refills, food delivery, and guest requests when needed.
- Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, condiments, and supplies.
- Remove trash and maintain clean trash receptacles.
- Sweep and mop dining areas as needed throughout the shift.
- Assist in opening and closing side work duties.
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Greet guests warmly and provide hospitality whenever interacting with them.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
