What You’ll Do
- Provide expert-level knowledge of our upscale Tex-Mex menu, including premium tequilas/mezcals, craft cocktails, and wine pairings.
- Guide guests through their meal with a focus on pacing and storytelling.
- Collaborate with our Service Leads and Kitchen team to ensure every plate is perfect.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, ensuring the "fine dining" standards are met even during the busiest shifts.
- Handle financial transactions with 100% accuracy and integrity.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume or upscale environment is preferred, but a "hospitality-first" attitude is non-negotiable.
- Knowledge: A passion for great food and a willingness to become a Tex-Mex and Tequila expert.
- Spirit: A "Team-First" mentality. We don't do "not my table" here.
- Reliability: Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications, and a schedule that reflects your commitment.
