Quailifications:
- Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and menus
- Work across stations including grill, fryer, oven, and hot holding areas
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Provide friendly, professional service to every guest
- Support your team to keep kitchen operations flowing smoothly
- Follow food safety practices including proper storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO)
- Monitor and record food temperatures to meet safety standards
- Stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and safe handling practices
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently when needed
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work weekends and holidays

- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
