Job Summary
We’re hiring a Line Wirer to assemble and wire electrical components and control panels for chillers used in Data Centers. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to building high-quality, reliable systems. What You’ll Do
- Assemble and wire panels, motors, sensors, and system components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Perform wiring terminations (crimping, stripping, soldering)
- Inspect and test connections for accuracy, functionality, and safety
- Follow safety protocols and company/industry standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters)
- Report malfunctions or issues to supervisors promptly
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to meet production goals
- Perform other related duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of electrical wiring, panel assembly, or related manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/diagrams
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Knowledge of basic electrical safety and troubleshooting
- High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
