Black Bear Talent is hiring 3rd shift Line Wirers. The Line Wirer is responsible for installing electrical components and control panels according to engineering schematics, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00pm - 6:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Install, route, and connect control panels, motors, sensors, and other system components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Complete wiring terminations, including crimping, stripping, and soldering as required.
- Inspect and test electrical connections for accuracy, functionality, and safety compliance.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment, including multimeters.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or wiring issues to the maintenance team.
- Follow safety protocols and company manufacturing standards.
- Work with production team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet daily manufacturing targets.
- Communicate material needs, work progress, and potential issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, or a similar manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience using hand and power tools for electrical installation.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Verifiable good work history, and good attendance
